- •We're looking for an Onboarding Manager to guide our newest clients from contract signing to full compliance.
- •This role combines project management, technical troubleshooting, and customer advocacy.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for a high-volume book of business.
- •Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through tax registrations and platform configuration.
- •Identify and remove bottlenecks in our process to increase velocity.
- •Translate complex customer needs into actionable feedback for our Product and Engineering teams.
- •Create documentation and internal playbooks to scale our operations.
- •Ensure data imports and integration settings are perfect for our customers.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Operations.
- •High operational rigor and project management skills.
- •Technical empathy and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical founders.
- •Bias for action and a "craft" mindset.
- •Startup mindset and intensity.
- •Customer obsession and a desire for rapid growth.
