TL;DR
Manage accounting operations, month-end close, and finance systems for a growing company.
- •Numeral is seeking an Accounting Manager to build the accounting foundation for its next stage of growth.
- •This role involves owning core accounting operations, month-end close, and finance systems improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Own key parts of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- •Prepare balance sheet reconciliations across various accounts, utilizing ASC 606.
- •Own AR, AP, billing, invoicing, and collections workflows.
- •Partner with the Controller on finance systems migration and audit preparedness.
- •Requirements 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with public accounting and high-growth SaaS company experience.
- •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and subscription billing.
- •Experience supporting audits and preparing clean workpapers.
- •Strong systems orientation with experience using ERPs and modern finance tools.
- •Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets.
