- •Numa is seeking a Performance Architect to act as a strategic, consultative partner to dealerships, connecting Numa's AI platform to their core business goals and translating performance data into measurable outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Build strategic partnerships with dealership leadership teams.
- •Tie Numa's platform to business goals like profit and customer satisfaction.
- •Lead executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and create action plans.
- •Deliver actionable, dealership-specific performance insights.
- •Guide strategic reviews based on real-time performance metrics.
- •Requirements Deep experience in automotive, including dealership leadership roles (GM, Fixed Ops Director).
- •Proven ability to drive service department profitability and customer satisfaction.
- •Confidence in leading data-driven performance conversations with executives.
- •Ability to connect software solutions to operational KPIs and business goals.
- •Strong self-starter with ownership and proactive results-driving capabilities.
