- •We are looking for a Product & Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team and help shape the future of business banking.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with product, compliance, and business teams to provide practical legal guidance on product development and regulatory requirements Serve as a key legal point of contact for bank partner relationships, supporting ongoing regulatory and contractual matters Interpret and advise on U.S. banking regulations, including customer protection frameworks such as UDAAP Requirements 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services Strong knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, including customer protection and payments-related frameworks Experience working with or advising on bank partnership models or sponsor bank relationships
