- •Nory is seeking a Business Development Leader to take ownership of a high-activity outbound team, driving pipeline and people as the company scales.
- •This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a critical growth function.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of BDRs, focusing on performance, skill development, and hitting targets.
- •Own the day-to-day performance rhythm, monitoring key metrics and driving improvements.
- •Carry a personal pipeline-generation quota alongside the team's target.
- •Establish coaching cadences, including 1:1s, call reviews, and role plays.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on lead flow and handoff quality.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a BDR/SDR Team Lead in a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment.
- •Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
- •Experience holding a team accountable to activity standards and having constructive conversations.
- •Bias for surfacing problems with proposed solutions.
- •Comfort carrying a personal quota while managing team performance.
