- •As a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA), you will work on a high impact team that provides important services to Norm Law’s clients, while using AI agents to streamline the drafting, review, and execution process in providing non-disclosure agreement review for clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines Incorporating Legal Context: Work with clients to advise them on their NDA playbooks and provide guidance on market standards NDA Execution: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for any NDAs Client Advisory: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the NDA review process even more efficient using AI Requirements Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in New York 3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
