About the role
TL;DR
Builds operational infrastructure for Legal and Finance to scale with the business.
- •As Business Operations Manager, Legal & Finance, you'll build the operational infrastructure that enables Legal and Finance to scale with the business.
- •Partnering across Legal, Finance, Sales, Security, IT, Engineering, and GTM, you'll design efficient processes, implement scalable systems, and improve the operating rhythm behind contracts, procurement, compliance, and business approvals.
- •Key Responsibilities Own contract intake and workflow processes from request through execution.
- •Lead vendor onboarding and procurement workflows.
- •Support company-wide purchasing, spend approvals, and financial governance.
- •Coordinate company-wide compliance initiatives and customer security requirements.
- •Serve as primary administrator for legal operations, procurement, and workflow management systems.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, Finance Operations, Procurement, Program Management, or a related operational role.
- •Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cross-functional business processes.
- •Strong project and program management skills.
- •Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience implementing or administering workflow automation and operational systems.
