- •The AI Process Analyst will partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their objectives and reimagine existing workflows in an AI-native manner, building unified, persona-based experiences with AI-built applications and autonomous agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leads to identify pain points and document current-state processes.
- •Reimagine how work gets done with AI as the primary driver.
- •Build and deploy AI-driven applications and autonomous agents.
- •Orchestrate AI experiences to connect with and utilize enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
- •Translate technical possibilities into tangible business value.
- •Requirements Proficiency in prompting across various LLMs and understanding of AI agent development.
- •Strong business acumen to identify AI opportunities.
- •Ability to thrive in undefined environments and learn through experimentation.
- •Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- •Deep understanding of the intersection of humanity and technology. ~5 years of experience connecting business needs with technological solutions.
- •General understanding of modern business systems and relational databases.
- •Awareness of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
