- •GoGuardian is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst II to help track, analyze, advise, and constantly improve the performance of our business.
- •This is an exciting opportunity to transform an entire company by working closely with business decision-makers.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers (BDMs) within the marketing team, as well as sales and finance.
- •Build and manage data analytics products (reports, dashboards, etc.) to monitor business performance and make data-informed decisions.
- •Alert decision-makers to changes in business performance, investigate, deep dive and attempt to explain these changes quantitatively.
- •Work with the data engineering team to prioritize data needs and monitor nightly BI-related jobs.
- •Help ensure department software tools are being used in a manner that results in reliable data collection.
- •Requirements Master's Degree with an Analytics-focussed program (Business Analytics) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- •Advanced SQL skills and 3+ years of experience managing large datasets and running complex queries.
- •Advanced proficiency in Tableau. 2+ years of experience analyzing SaaS product metrics and sales and marketing data from systems such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
