- •Netomi is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, prototype, and deliver AI and agentic solutions for enterprise customer experience.
- •You will leverage data science, machine learning, and generative AI to solve complex business problems and transform customer journeys for global brands.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, prototype, and deliver AI and agentic solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.
- •Apply data science, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- •Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
- •Evaluate model performance, solution quality, and business impact using data-driven methods.
- •Support experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready implementations.
- •Requirements Strong experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or applied AI.
- •Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, and model development workflows.
- •Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks.
- •Experience working on client-facing, delivery-focused, or product-oriented technical initiatives.
- •Ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to practical, implemented solutions.
