About the role
TL;DR
Transform raw data into accurate digital twin models of electricity networks.
- •Neara creates engineering-grade, physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using advanced machine learning.
- •This role involves transforming raw utility and geospatial data into accurate digital twin models for utility customers worldwide.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers.
- •Ingest and manipulate massive datasets (LiDAR, GIS, and asset databases).
- •Perform rigorous QA/QC to ensure digital twin accuracy.
- •Build custom reports and dashboards within the platform.
- •Provide feedback on process and tool improvements.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- •Proficiency in at least one major language (SQL, Python, or similar) and ability to learn new languages.
- •Excellent written communication skills in fluent English.
- •Background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
- •Ability to break down complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models.
