Manage daily site operations for a cannabis delivery hub, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- •Nabis is seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to support our New York delivery hub.
- •This individual will be highly organized, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to take ownership of their site’s accuracy and efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Organize, oversee, and strategize daily site operations.
- •Track daily team performance and provide feedback and training.
- •Manage and make progress on all market OKRs and KPIs.
- •Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding cannabis distribution.
- •Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience within a warehouse or logistics setting. 4+ years of experience managing a team of at least 30+ employees.
- •Familiarity with various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- •Experience in the Cannabis industry preferred.
- •Project management and quantitative analysis expertise.
