- •Requirements 5+ years of design experience, including end-to-end brand ownership.
- •Portfolio showcasing website, email/SMS, and event/experiential design.
- •Elevated taste and experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
- •Marketing instincts and experience contributing to campaign planning.
- •Proven ability to build a function, not just work within one.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- •Hands-on experience with AI design tools.
