- •As a founding designer, you will shape the product from its inception, defining how users interact with and create AI agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own Bolter’s design system from the ground up.
- •Define the interaction patterns for creating, understanding, and steering AI agents.
- •Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications.
- •Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity, and craft.
- •Move quickly from ideas to working designs and strengthen what proves useful.
