- •Key Responsibilities Support and Reporting: Partner with the Market Manager to execute retail strategies and provide comprehensive reports on field activities and performance metrics.
- •Retail Communication and Relations: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure smooth program operations.
- •Leadership and Development: Guide and develop Field Specialists by providing essential tools and knowledge.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, retail engagement, or similar roles.
- •Proven supervisory experience with a strong focus on team development and coaching.
- •Solid understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries and the ability to enforce guidelines consistently.
