- •Key Responsibilities Lead design for key product areas from early discovery through launch Translate messy real-world workflows into clear, intuitive product flows Produce high-quality UI and interaction design for core surfaces Design experiences that feel fast, precise, and dependable Create interfaces that support accuracy, auditability, and confidence Requirements High-ownership role with a broad scope Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams Bring customer insight into product decisions and prioritization Use prototypes to explore directions, align stakeholders, and move quickly Establish foundational components, patterns, and UX principles
