About the role
TL;DR
Design AI-first product experiences for a finance automation platform.
- •Sequence is building an AI-powered revenue platform for modern finance teams.
- •As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the future of AI-powered finance automation, designing intuitive, AI-native workflows for billing, invoicing, and receivables.
- •Key Responsibilities Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows.
- •Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life.
- •Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave, including what they do automatically, when they ask for input, and how they explain their reasoning.
- •Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, from sketching new experiences to refining critical interactions.
- •Prototype rapidly and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers.
- •Requirements Approximately 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- •Experience shipping B2B products, ideally in finance, B2B, or workflow-heavy domains.
- •Comfort operating in an early-stage environment and excited to help shape both product and process.
- •Interest in AI tools and curiosity about designing with and for AI.
- •Ability to prioritize speed and impact over extensive analysis and research.
