- •This role is crucial for supporting increasing production demands and ensuring operational efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain various production machines.
- •Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures.
- •Adhere to company SOPs for consistent quality and safe operations.
- •Accurately report completed orders and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
- •Ensure equipment and stations are maintained and replenished for the next shift.
- •Requirements Strong mechanical background and willingness to learn.
- •Proficiency in assessing, cleaning, calibrating, and running machinery.
- •Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and become proficient in operating various machinery.
- •Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining on feet for the duration of the shift.
- •Proficient in written and verbal English.
