- •We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst in Savings to drive and continuously improve the performance of Monzo's savings products.
- •This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling, and product growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitoring portfolio performance against commercial targets and diagnosing deposit movements.
- •Analysing pricing elasticity and data to optimise growth vs. profitability.
- •Sizing and modelling the commercial impact of strategic initiatives for future decisions.
- •Partnering with Treasury, Finance, and Product Squads to provide analytical clarity on pricing decisions.
- •Building, maintaining, and improving core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
- •Requirements Pricing, portfolio management or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking, fintech, or a fast-paced consumer finance environment.
- •Highly analytical and hands-on with data, comfortable using data to understand customer behaviour and drive commercial decisions.
- •Experience working with Data Analysis or visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Python, Jupyter) to deliver valuable insights.
- •Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous spaces and can translate intricate financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
- •Thrive in a product-led, digital-first environment where things move quickly.
