About the role
TL;DR
Deploy AI agents to automate accounting workflows for corporate customers.
- •As a Forward Deployed Accountant (FDA), you’ll lead the deployment of FloQast’s Transform AI Agents for corporate customers, helping them automate core accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- •You’ll work directly with customers to understand their processes, configure automation solutions, and deliver tangible outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and deploy AI Agents that automate accounting workflows.
- •Enable corporate accounting teams to build and deploy AI Agents through training and support.
- •Accelerate adoption by leading enablement sessions and ongoing coaching.
- •Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate escalation with technical resources.
- •Support product improvement by sharing customer feedback and identifying enhancement opportunities.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations roles.
- •Strong familiarity with core accounting workflows (reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close).
- •Familiarity with workflow automation, system optimization, or technology-enabled accounting processes.
- •Strong communication skills to lead training sessions and workshops.
- •Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
