Lead the transformation of Internal Audit by embedding technology and product design principles.
- •We are looking for a Senior Audit Transformation Lead to help reinvent Internal Audit at Monzo.
- •You’ll have the freedom to redefine how assurance is delivered at scale, by being at the heart of Internal Audit’s transformation agenda.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate Internal Audit’s strategy into a concrete product roadmap with measurable business and risk outcomes.
- •Champion a product owner mindset across the Internal Audit function, focused on technology-enabled, repeatable, and value-driven assurance.
- •Modernise the Internal Audit function by embedding technology and product design principles.
- •Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders outside of Internal Audit, such as Risk and Compliance.
- •Position Monzo as a leading benchmark for technology-led assurance.
- •Requirements Energised by translating abstract frameworks and design principles into concrete outcomes.
- •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leads without direct line management authority.
- •Can communicate data or engineering concepts to non-technical audiences, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- •Think like a product owner with a track record of leading agile, digital, or operational transformations.
- •Can manage product roadmaps and drive end-user adoption.
