About the role
TL;DR
Coordinate early talent programs and candidate interview experiences.
- •We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates.
- •You will report directly to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Recruiters to guarantee a smooth and captivating candidate journey.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate high-volume phone and video interviews for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.
- •Assist in the creation, logistics, and shipping of promotional items and MongoDB materials for strategic events.
- •Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the interview process.
- •Contribute to the successful execution of all programming events across Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
- •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
