- •As a Contract Sourcer on our Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB's most critical hiring needs across the business.
- •You will have the unique opportunity to become a sourcing subject matter expert, recruiting for technical and non-technical roles alike.
- •Key Responsibilities Support critical MongoDB roles globally through strategic passive talent sourcing.
- •Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly.
- •Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring strong alignment to role requirements.
- •Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- •Requirements Proven track-record within technical recruiting, maintaining deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing specifically.
- •Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to tap into new pools of talent.
- •Analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy.
- •Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with previous experience in high-volume business environments.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication.
