- •Guide customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live, owning implementations end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the full implementation process for your book of business Partner with customers to understand their requirements and consult on optimal Miter configuration Migrate employee and payroll data from legacy systems into Miter, ensuring accuracy and completeness Provide training and product guidance to employers and brokers throughout the implementation process Troubleshoot and resolve implementation blockers quickly and calmly, maintaining trust with the customer Requirements 3+ years of SaaS implementation/onboarding, consulting or project management experience Experience with Payroll/HCM/Accounting software highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non-experts Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Customer-first mindset with high empathy and ownership Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt when priorities shift Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
