- •Mind Robotics is building generalized physical AI for industrial environments.
- •As a Firmware Engineer, you will own the embedded software that brings robots to life, from low-level motor control to system communication.
- •Key Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain production-quality firmware in C/C++ or Rust.
- •Implement and debug embedded communication protocols like CAN and EtherCAT.
- •Configure and manage microcontroller peripherals for sensor and actuator interfaces.
- •Develop and tune real-time control loops for motors and actuators.
- •Build tooling for firmware validation and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
- •Requirements Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- •Experience building firmware for real physical systems (robots, motors, etc.).
- •Fluency in C/C++ and/or Rust for embedded targets.
- •Hands-on experience with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
- •Strong knowledge of embedded communication protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, I2C, SPI, UART).
