  • This hybrid Quality & Manufacturing Engineering role is the vital technical bridge between Meter's internal R&D teams and manufacturing partners.
  • You will own supplier governance by establishing quality metrics, aligning specs with vendor control plans, and transforming the factory floor into a data-driven operation.
  • Key Responsibilities Standardize JDM Quality Governance & Zero-Ambiguity Specs.
  • Execute a Flawless Line Setup with zero critical quality escapes.
  • Stabilize Line Performance and resolve early assembly bottlenecks.
  • Own the Quality Baseline and drive partner accountability.
  • Bridge the Gap with Manufacturing Partners and act as the primary technical voice.
  • Requirements 5+ years navigating external manufacturing partners.
  • Deep practical grasp of core quality tools and strategic use for accountability.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous engineering specifications into objective Control Plans.
  • Proficient in analyzing manufacturing metrics and using data to pinpoint risks.
  • Hands-on approach, willing to examine limit samples and anchor to shop floor reality.
