- •Aperia Technologies is seeking a Senior Product and Process Quality Engineer to support quality activities at their manufacturing site and with global suppliers.
- •This role focuses on improving product and process quality through collaboration with quality, engineering, and operations teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and improve quality processes for manufacturing control.
- •Collaborate with suppliers to qualify, improve, or correct products and processes.
- •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- •Author and execute CARs/SCARs to resolve internal/external quality issues.
- •Statistically analyze production data using SQL, Excel, and Minitab.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience as a quality or manufacturing engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- •Working knowledge of current GD&T practices and interpretation.
- •Working knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
- •Experience with key quality tools (5-Why, Fishbone, Gage R&R, GD&T, 8D/CAPA).
- •Experience working with database systems for data analysis and reporting.
