- •Deliver the best firewall, routing, and SD-WAN solution on the market by working with brilliant engineers.
- •This role comes with significant responsibility and direct impact on customer outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Work on features for our firewall, such as Site-to-Site VPN, ACLs, BGP over WAN, etc.
- •Collaborate with firewall firmware engineers to design features.
- •Understand and organize requests from the support team.
- •Triage bugs found by the Quality Engineering team.
- •Join QBR calls with customers and plan a weekly roadmap.
- •Requirements Experience in enterprise security or networking industry.
- •Deep understanding of how IT administrators and network engineers use products.
- •Ability to communicate with clarity and bring teams into alignment.
- •Experience with routing, ACLs, NAT, BGP, OSPF, and packet policy.
- •Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
