About the role
TL;DR
Manages end-to-end implementation projects for MeridianLink Consumer/Opening.
- •The Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live.
- •This role reports to a Services Manager and coordinates efforts with Implementation Analysts.
- •Key Responsibilities Schedule and lead major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off and Transition to Support.
- •Review scope of work and build project timelines, managing them in Smartsheet.
- •Conduct weekly status calls with customers and track ticket progress in JIRA.
- •Evaluate and communicate project risk to stakeholders.
- •Serve as the first point of escalation for project issues.
- •Requirements Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- •Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence.
- •Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- •Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA is a plus.
