- •Key Responsibilities Defining and shipping v1 of a new consumer product from scratch Owning the product end to end, from user research to shipped features Living in the numbers: retention, DAU and engagement loops Running user interviews constantly and turning what you hear into product people love Building with AI as a default primitive, not a bolt-on Requirements 3 or more years of experience as an engineer or working shoulder to shoulder with engineering Experience building and launching a B2C product at genuine engagement Understanding of retention, engagement loops, habit formation Equal parts user-obsessed and numbers-driven AI-native, with AI woven through how you research, design and build
