TL;DR
Legal professional to shape transactions, drive compliance, and enable company growth.
- •As part of our legal and secretarial team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Company with your experience in secretarial matters, corporate governance, IPO readiness, M&A.
- •Bring your skills and passion to a collaborative environment and play a vital role in shaping the company's journey towards excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives.
- •Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live.
- •Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
- •Act as the legal partner to the People (HR) team on employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and developing, updating, and implementing internal employment policies.
- •Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.
- •Requirements Qualified LLB with 5-7 years of PQE.
- •Experience in a reputed law firm and/or in-house role with exposure to corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance.
- •Experience handling cross-border contracts and complex commercial negotiations.
- •Possess an analytical and strategic minds.
