- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers building Meesho’s Database Platform Own the platform roadmap for database provisioning, scaling, upgrades, client side interaction with DBs, observability, automation and modernising the overall database landscape Drive the shift from manual operations to self-service and intent-based workflows Requirements 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 1+ years in an engineering management role Strong background in platform, backend or infrastructure engineering Experience building backend systems in Java and/or Python
