TL;DR
Lead product strategy and execution for Maven's Payments and Care Delivery platforms.
- •Maven is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of their Payments and Care Delivery platforms.
- •This role will design and launch digital healthcare benefits and workflows that improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the Healthcare Product roadmap across care delivery, health data, and payments platforms.
- •Own the long-term EMR and Payments platform strategy.
- •Define and execute the strategy for Maven's data platform.
- •Support the delivery of measurable outcomes for Maven members.
- •Lead and develop a team of Product Managers at the intersection of Tech and Healthcare.
- •Requirements 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading teams in digital healthcare or adjacent regulated industries.
- •Experience building and rolling out AI-native products.
- •Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand provider and member needs.
- •Proven ability to manage roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
- •Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and facilitation skills.
