About the role
TL;DR
Define and deliver PermitFlow's next product initiatives, driving new product development and commercial strategy.
- •PermitFlow is redefining how America builds by tackling one of the largest information challenges in the economy: understanding what can be built, where, and how.
- •This role will define PermitFlow's next product initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and deliver PermitFlow's next planned product bet, then expand into identifying, designing, and delivering future major products.
- •Drive outcomes across product, commercial strategy, and cross-functional execution, including market sizing, testing, and pricing.
- •Lead cross-functional work streams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and revenue momentum.
- •Set the standard for product craft as the first Product Lead and support the Head of Product in hiring and maintaining quality.
- •Requirements 9+ years of product experience or equivalent track record as a founder, GM, or operator with commercial ownership.
- •Proven experience taking a product from zero to commercial revenue in a startup or high-growth environment.
- •Direct experience moving a company into a new customer segment or market.
- •Pricing and packaging judgment built on direct experience.
- •Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
