About the role
TL;DR
Owns RFP project management and new client implementations, working cross-functionally.
- •Maven is looking for a Senior Associate of RFP & Implementation Projects to own two core workstreams: RFP project management for prospective clients and new logo implementations.
- •You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-quality proposals and onboard new clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, ensuring every proposal stays on track and on time.
- •Lead end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners, owning the project plan, timeline, and risk management.
- •Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to produce accurate, tailored responses.
- •Develop technical fluency to triage eligibility file issues and escalate appropriately.
- •Requirements 3-5 years in project management, ideally including RFP management and/or support.
- •A track record of building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- •Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
