- •Maven is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead financial operations and reconciliation for client-funded benefit programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end movement of benefit funds through Maven's payments infrastructure.
- •Own client invoicing for benefit funding programs and the timely reconciliation of complex claims bank account transactions and balances.
- •Monitor clinic and provider payments against contracted timeliness standards.
- •Manage Maven's floated benefit funding program, including tracking outstanding float balances and driving timely recoupment from clients.

- •Requirements 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations.
- •Demonstrated readiness to lead a team, with experience mentoring junior staff or managing cross-functional workstreams.
- •Extensive experience in account reconciliation and using data tools to identify financial patterns and drive business decisions.
- •Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with Product/Engineering to resolve bugs and build automated financial workflows.
- •Proficiency in Asana, Jira, and Looker to manage financial workflows and report on program health.
