About the role
TL;DR
Define and manage Maven's integration strategy and roadmap.
- •The Senior Product Manager, Integrations will own the roadmap, the P&L, and the direct relationships with enterprise customers.
- •They will define what Maven integrates with, how deep those integrations go, and how we scale the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the roadmap and prioritization for Maven's integration portfolio.
- •Own the underlying integration platform, tooling, frameworks, and patterns.
- •Make depth versus breadth tradeoffs for integrations.
- •Engage with enterprise customers to translate their stack into integration requirements.
- •Define, test, and make actions and tool use safe at enterprise scale.
- •Develop the partner ecosystem strategy for formal partnerships and marketplace listings.
- •Partner with GTM and customer success to convert integration depth into enterprise wins and product improvements.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
- •Experience building and shipping integration products.
- •Direct experience with CRMs, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, commerce platforms, and identity providers.
- •Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and failure modes.
- •Experience operating in both startup and scaled environments.
- •Ability to extract requirements from messy customer conversations and turn them into PRDs.
- •Real enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
- •Strong communication across audiences.
