TL;DR
Lead technical authority for Matillion's partner relationships, driving enablement and co-sell motions.
- •Matillion is seeking a Senior Partner Solution Architect to be the primary technical authority for their partner relationships, including global SIs and cloud platforms.
- •This role focuses on building partner capabilities, accelerating joint pipelines, and making Matillion the go-to data integration platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver technical enablement programs for partner teams.
- •Act as the technical lead in joint partner-led sales cycles.
- •Own the end-to-end technical onboarding journey for new partners.
- •Represent the partner ecosystem's voice to Product and Engineering teams.
- •Build Matillion's presence through technical thought leadership.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Partner SE, or Technical Presales role.
- •Deep hands-on knowledge of data integration, ELT/ETL architecture, and modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
- •Ability to build and navigate complex partner organizations.
- •A natural enabler with a bias for action and high autonomy.
- •Commercially aware and technically opinionated.
