TL;DR
Investigate fraud networks, identify trends, and build fraud detection capabilities.
- •Marshmallow is seeking a Senior Fraud Intelligence Analyst to join their newly expanding team.
- •This role involves defending the company against fraudulent activity through investigative analysis and industry intelligence, going beyond automated checks to detect complex fraud trends.
- •Key Responsibilities Investigate fraud networks end-to-end, building intelligence pictures across linked policies, devices, addresses, and identities.
- •Analyze internal policy data to identify emerging fraud trends.
- •Work with data science to develop and refine fraud detection models and tools.
- •Document investigations and produce intelligence reports for internal stakeholders and external bodies.
- •Mentor and quality-assure the work of more junior analysts.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience investigating insurance fraud.
- •Demonstrable experience identifying and disrupting fraud networks.
- •Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, SQL experience strongly preferred.
- •Familiarity with industry fraud data sources (IFB, CIFAS or equivalent).
- •Experience producing intelligence reports and working with external fraud bodies.
