- •Marshmallow is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Claims team.
- •This role will focus on leveraging traditional ML and Generative AI to automate and improve the claims journey, driving measurable impact and enhancing customer outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and iterate on multimodal AI models for claims analysis and processing.
- •Develop machine learning models for claims automation, including negotiation and litigation strategies.
- •Explore new data sources to enhance model performance and decision-making.
- •Design and build agentic AI solutions to streamline claims workflows.
- •Requirements Strong commercial experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- •Hands-on experience building and shipping production AI or ML systems.
- •Experience with structured and unstructured data, and an interest in multimodal modelling.
- •Strong statistical and modelling foundation.
