TL;DR
Develop and deploy machine learning models for biosignal analysis in healthcare.
- •Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their analytics and machine learning domain.
- •You will work with a cross-functional team to build and deploy ML models for analyzing biosignal data.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle from requirements to production.
- •Select and implement appropriate methods, including deep learning and other techniques.
- •Enhance internal ML tools to improve team efficiency and introduce new model architectures.
- •Spread and improve best practices for algorithm implementation, testing, and documentation.
- •Present results to stakeholders and assist them in utilizing algorithms.
- •Requirements 4+ years of industry experience in ML/DL, preferably in health sciences or regulated fields.
- •Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics.
- •Proficiency in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks.
- •Familiarity with latest Deep Learning advances (Transformer/ViT, large scale modeling, etc.).
- •Experience with software and ML engineering best practices (testing, version control, CI/CD, etc.).
