TL;DR
Manage RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining the Loopio platform.
- •Marqeta is seeking a Senior Analyst, RFP Operations to support and scale its RFP, RFI, and DDQ response process.
- •This role involves coordinating live RFPs, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions, and maintaining the Loopio RFP response platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission.
- •Coordinate with AEs, Solutions, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and keep work on track.
- •Set up and maintain Loopio projects, including question assignment, status tracking, and deadline management.
- •Follow up with SMEs and escalate blockers when needed.
- •Support Loopio library hygiene, review cycles, and post-RFP content updates.
- •Requirements Experience in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams.
- •Clear communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned.
- •Comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- •Strong writing instincts to improve clarity, tone, and completeness in written responses.
- •Comfortable learning systems and working across tools like Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar platforms.
