About the role
TL;DR
Lead the design, scaling, and enhancement of MI-based communication training and coaching.
- •The Leader, CCC Coaching & Development is responsible for building, scaling, and continuously enhancing the Motivational Interviewing (MI)-based Client Centered Communication (CCC) curriculum at Mariner.
- •This role sets the standard for how financial professionals organization-wide build trust, drive engagement, and facilitate behavior change with clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the design and implementation of MI-based CCC curriculum across the Academy.
- •Facilitate live MI skills training and provide 1:1 coaching.
- •Develop scalable CCC coaching utilizing AI-driven transcript coding.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to support CCC competency assessment and tracking.
- •Supervise and grow a CCC Instructor to expand coaching support.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- •Experience facilitating live, MI-based skills training.
- •Experience delivering 1:1 MI coaching or mentoring.
- •Demonstrated success in building and scaling MI training content.
