Owns systems, processes, and frameworks driving company performance and people development.
- •Bjak is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows with minimal prompting.
- •Our mission is to help users complete tasks daily with significantly reduced time.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
- •Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.
- •Design and implement scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
- •Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- •Partner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- •Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a related field.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- •Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
- •Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
