- •Lead all aspects of surface mining operations for Mariana Minerals.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute mine plans to achieve production targets while optimizing costs.
- •Lead continuous improvement projects with clear ROI and payback periods.
- •Oversee drilling and blasting operations to maximize fragmentation and minimize costs.
- •Manage haulage and loading operations to improve cycle times and reduce operating expenses.
- •Champion a zero-harm culture through visible safety leadership and engagement.
- •Requirements Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in surface mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams (30+ employees) at high-production sites.
- •Demonstrated success in delivering operational improvements, cost savings, and safety enhancements.
- •Strong knowledge of mine planning, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
