- •We are hiring a Global Workplace Director to build and scale the physical environments that enable Mariana's teams to do their best work.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Mariana's global workplace strategy aligned with company growth plans Lead workplace operations across offices, field locations, and future global sites Partner with leadership to evaluate, select, and scale new office and workplace locations Oversee facilities management, workplace services, and office operations Establish workplace standards, policies, and operating procedures across all locations Requirements 15+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, real estate, workplace experience, or related functions 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives Experience scaling workplace operations across multiple locations or regions, nationally and internationally Proven track record managing office expansions, build-outs, relocations, or workplace transformation initiatives Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor management, workplace services, and real estate processes
