- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related discipline. 12-15 years of progressive experience in open-pit mining operations, mine planning, or technical services.
- •Extensive leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- •Strong experience with resource modeling, reserve estimation, mine planning, and grade control.
- •Knowledge of MSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
