About the role
TL;DR
Own and build life-changing products end-to-end for Marble Health.
- •As one of Marble's early engineers, you'll own truly life-changing products end-to-end.
- •You'll work across a full-stack platform building the school-facing product, therapist platform, Marty (our AI-powered patient companion), the payer systems that sustain our business, and the internal tooling that makes the whole team faster.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and iterate on Marble's core product surfaces: the school-facing product, therapist platform, Marty (our AI patient companion), payer systems, and internal tooling Own features end-to-end from discovery and execution through rollout, measurement, and iteration Raise the bar on AI-native ways of working: better tooling, better workflows, and thoughtfully integrated AI features for users and internal teams Requirements 2+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping full-stack web applications Proficient with a modern stack Node.js or Python plus React Prior startup experience (Series C or earlier); comfortable in a high-autonomy, high-ownership environment
