- •Key Responsibilities Define the global standard for workplace and experience.
- •Shape Manychat offices as both a home for the people who work here and a brand statement for the partners, creators, and clients who walk through our doors.
- •Lead office improvement and new hub development.
- •Own the global vendor and facilities framework.
- •Partner with exec leadership to build the recognition architecture.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Workplace, Employee Experience, or a similar leadership role.
- •A track record of leading office improvement and new location projects.
- •Experience building global events platforms and recognition programs.
- •Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment.
- •Readiness to travel regularly.
