TL;DR
Manage real estate transactions, leveraging AI tools for acquisitions and dispositions.
- •Mainstay is seeking a seasoned, Chicago-based Real Estate Agent to manage both acquisitions and dispositions for institutional buyers and sellers of single-family homes.
- •This role involves rapid offer generation, negotiation, and end-to-end listing management.
- •Key Responsibilities Acquire properties by quickly presenting and negotiating offers.
- •Manage property dispositions from listing to close, including offer negotiation and deal management.
- •Adapt to evolving tools and processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Utilize AI tools to augment judgment calls and complex deal management.
- •Requirements Active real estate license in Illinois and at least 2 other states. 5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent with acquisition and disposition experience.
- •Demonstrated AI workflow experience for pipeline management.
- •Strong technical skills including CRM, G-Suite, and Slack.
